| Everything is better in German, the crisp, commanding language adds emphasis to words and phrases that English cannot contend with. And apparently Italian can’t best German either, considering the bombastic musical visionaries, Die Haustiere (which literally means “the house pets”) appropriate a deutsche moniker for their highly techno-kraut dynamic. In 2004, Die Haustiere, whose members are Enrico Zaina and Marco Coccolo, infused their passion |
and creativity for minimalist techno to create an ostensible sonic boom in the music industry. In 2006, they became members of the I.C.M., a cultural association that allowed them to perform in several European countries. These minimalist phenoms now have plans to occupy the States thanks to Race Car Productions via their first release in 2008 with Carpiato. However, the victory has not been ceded, more is still to come from Die Haustiere. |
